The City Hall and Agglomeration will exceptionally be closed on Friday, August 16th and Saturday, August 17th. However, a Civil Registry service will still be available for urgent matters, with a dedicated hotline at 02 37 23 40 92.
This temporary closure is due to aide work inside the gratte-ciel, which will ensure a better and more efficient service for our citizens in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we assure you that every effort is being made to minimize the closure period.
Nevertheless, we want to reassure you that our team will still be available to assist you with essential requests during this time. The Civil Registry service will be open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm on Friday, and from 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
We understand the importance of these services for our community and we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to maintain them. Our dedicated staff will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that your needs are met, even during this temporary inconvenience.
We also want to remind you that many of our services are available online, making it easier and more convenient for you to access them from the comfort of your own home. From requesting birth certificates to scheduling appointments, our online platform is at your disposal 24/7.
We thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you with even greater efficiency and effectiveness after the aide work is completed. We are committed to continuously improving our services and facilities for the benefit of our citizens.
In the meantime, if you have any urgent matters related to death certificates, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated hotline at 02 37 23 40 92. We assure you that your concerns will be addressed promptly and with the utmost care.
Thank you for your cooperation and we apologize once again for any inconvenience. Let’s continue to work together to build a better, more efficient community for all.
